Every year, The Rashi School and Jewish Family Service of Metrowest host a Build-a-Backpack event. The popular fundraiser, now in its 11th year,  brought together Greater Boston students, faculty, parents, and friends. Families and students donated over 300 new backpacks to area children in-need. Each backpack was filled with essential back-to-school supplies.

Rashi School faculty, students and alumni were on-hand to donate their time to a day of service. Build-a-Backpack brings families together to provide children with the opportunity to learn how they can make a difference and support their community.
