Rashi celebrated “Read Across America Day” with a festive gathering of students and grandparents. Children in kindergarten through Grade 2 and Rashi grandparents spent time together reading stories, sharing a special bond while creating new memories.

“Read Across America Day” is an annual reading motivation and awareness program that celebrates the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss. There were smiles and laughter all around as both students and grandparents experienced the joy of reading. The kids were thrilled to have their grandparents at school and the grandparents loved seeing the students in the classrooms.
