Early on Sunday, June 15, The Butcherie in Brookline suffered an act of vandalism when a brick that said “Free Palestine” was thrown through the kosher shop’s window.

“There is no doubt that this crime was a targeted, hateful message meant to intimidate a Jewish-owned business and our broader Jewish community,” Brookline Police Chief Jennifer Paster said at the time.
