JFS is excited to announce that the storage container for the JFS/Multifaith Alliance (MFA) Mobilize Boston project has arrived, and thanks to support from the Jewish Teen Initiative and over 80 teens from the Metrowest community, the first delivery of over 200 hygiene and school supplies backpacks are awaiting shipment.

In collaboration with the Multifaith Alliance for Syrian Refugees (MFA) (with generous support provided by The Shapiro Foundation), JFS will send a shipboard container full of personal care, medical and other supplies to children and families living in refugee camps inside Syria this spring.

JFS is currently coordinating with faith organizations throughout Metrowest to gather much-needed supplies and invites groups of all sizes to get involved and make a difference in the lives of children and families struggling to survive in refugee camps inside Syria.
