The Wandering Jews Are Singing: Guy Mendilow in ConcertWandering Jews, and we all know how we have wandered, did not live in total isaolation. We incorporated the tastes and culture and sights and sounds of everywhere we went.  Boston-based Israeli, South African musician Guy Mendilow (talk about wandering!) has developed an amazing concert that imagines what it would be like if ancient Sephardic songs not only were influenced by Spain and Morocco but also shaped in the Balkans, Brazil, the Caribbean and all sorts of other musical outposts.

Warm vocal harmonies, intricate textures, spellbinding rhythms will make Sunday, November 13 at 7:30 pm at Temple Aliyah in Needham your virtual tour of a new world of some ancient Jewish music.

Tickets are $18 and may be purchased at the door or online.
