Winter Extravaganza is a charitable event organized annually by Center Makor.

Vasyl Popadiuk is a classically trained violinist from Kyiv, Ukraine. He now lives in Ottawa, Canada, and performs around the world to enthusiastic and admiring audiences. Popadiuk will perform folk, pop, rock and klezmer music during a two-act concert with intermission as a guest star of the Winter Extravaganza.

This year, Popadiuk and Vladimir Foygelman, president of Center Makor, will be celebrating their birthdays together at the event. After a long time, the two friends will take the stage together as they did many years ago in their childhood in the children’s dance ensemble “Veselka”/“Rainbow” in Kyiv.

If you cannot attend the event in person, please join us on Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to everyone who registers prior to the event.
