This is a group for postpartum mamas that will meet biweekly at our Inman Square Community Center. This program will foster friendships and create a non-judgmental supportive network of moms in the Camberville area.
We invite mamas who lives in the Camberville area and have a new baby 0-4 months old. The group will include coffee and circle time discussion about parenthood, changing relationships, boundary setting and newborn sleep (or lack thereof), along with a fitness component, either indoor yoga or stroller walks.
