Color Shabbat

January 22, 2016

Center for Jewish Life is proud to introduce Color Shabbat to the Arlington-Belmont communities. For six days we work within the mundane world, faced with challenges and hues of grey. The seventh day is Shabbat, a day of rest, when our eyes are opened to the vibrant colors of spirituality. Join us At CJL for a colored themed Shabbat service and dinner filled with songs, and dynamic conversations based on the specific Shabbat color of the week. This week’s color is Gold – Jerusalem of Gold.

Begin the evening learning an original soul stirring Shabbat tune blended with its meaning and history. A warm Shabbat dinner will follow, where we will explore the meaning of the color Gold and its connection to Judaism.

Come and connect with other families from the community over a swarm and friendly Shabbat dinner!

Event Location: Center for Jewish Life Arlington-Belmont
