As we celebrate our shared commitment to wellness and community, join us for JCC Greater Boston’s second annual Couch to J 5K, a virtual 3.1 mile run/walk/jog for participants of all ages and abilities.
Sign up now to join training sessions on Zoom led by certified personal trainer Linnea Laverty on Fridays at 12:30 p.m. This includes helpful running tips, key support from staff, fellow runners and more. A schedule confirmation will be emailed upon registration. You will also receive a special Couch to J 5K T-shirt.
