Join us for a demo of Dynamic Variable Resistance Training! Improve your strength, stability, and movement quality with Dynamic Variable Resistance Training (DVRT), a progressive training method that teaches the body to work as one integrated system.

This program uses Ultimate Sandbags as the primary training tool, along with kettlebells and resistance bands, to build functional strength through movement in all planes of motion.

Participants will learn how muscles connect to create power and control, developing balance, coordination, and resilience without relying on simply adding heavier weight. Progressions are introduced through changes in stance, grip, and movement patterns, emphasizing proper form, alignment, and body awareness. Barefoot training is encouraged to enhance foot-to-floor connection and overall stability.

This program is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. Led by Certified Trainer Jeannine Guillaume. With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Jeannine brings a deep understanding of functional movement and strength training. She specializes in DVRT and Ultimate Sandbag training, focusing on how the body moves, stabilizes, and connects through real-life movement patterns. At 54, Jeannine is stronger than ever and passionate about helping others build resilient, efficient bodies—without relying on heavier weights.
