Take a proactive approach to brain health with BrainSavers, an evidence-based program designed to help reduce the risk of age-related cognitive decline.
Based on the six pillars of brain health—physical exercise, cognitive training, stress management, healthy nutrition, quality sleep, and social connection—participants learn practical strategies to support overall well-being and healthy aging.
Led by a BrainSavers Certified Instructor, this engaging program strengthens the connection between brain, body, and spirit while empowering participants to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
BrainSavers meets twice weekly. Monday’s class is led by Karen Karten in the Community Room. Robby Levy and Jill Meyer will rotate leading Thursday’s class in the Mind Body Studio.
Regular participation is encouraged to maximize the program’s benefits and support lasting healthy lifestyle habits.
Whether you are looking to maintain cognitive vitality, improve physical fitness, or connect with others in a supportive community, BrainSavers offers a comprehensive approach to healthy aging.
