Caregiving can be meaningful—and it can also be stressful and full of practical and emotional questions.

This five-week online support group is for caregivers who are actively caring for an older adult. The group offers a warm, respectful space to share and listen, explore common challenges, and leave each week with helpful resources. Each session will include a focused topic, guided conversation, open discussion, and time for practical tools and referrals.

The group will be co-facilitated by JF&CS social workers Marjorie Raskin and Talia Kesselman.

This group may be a good fit if you are:

  • The primary caregiver for an older adult, responsible for the majority of caregiving duties
  • Looking for support with practical caregiving concerns
  • Feeling stress, anxiety, grief, or uncertainty about what comes next
  • Navigating changing roles in your relationship with the person you’re caring for

If you are interested in joining this group, we invite you to complete a brief interest form; we will then reach out to continue the conversation and to ensure the group can meet your needs at this time.
