Lev shalem, “a whole heart,” is a Jewish phrase that points toward meeting life fully, even when loss has broken us open. This five-week, in-person bereavement group is for adults grieving the death of someone important to them. Together we will create a safe space to share and to listen, to learn alongside others, and to reflect on grief through conversation, guided learning, and Jewish tradition.
The group will be co-facilitated by Rabbi Allison Berry and social worker Talia Kesselman from Jewish Family & Children’s Service, bringing together pastoral presence and clinical insight.
This group is limited to 14 participants. Those interested are invited to complete a brief interest form; we will then reach out to continue the conversation to make sure that you will benefit from this group.
