This Circles of Connection support group offers a space where you can be yourself in the company of other women who have lost a partner.
Together, we’ll create a supportive environment where it feels safe to speak openly, listen deeply, and share what this experience means in your own life. By coming together we can feel less isolated and alone and strengthen our sense of well-being.
This welcoming, strengths-based Circle is completely free and confidential. Sessions are facilitated by trained leaders and hosted by Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JF&CS).
Circles of Connection is a network of peer-led support circles that bring people together in small, caring communities. Grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed practice, Circles foster belonging, resilience, and mutual support among people navigating life’s challenges.
