Join BeWell for a mental wellness facilitation workshop. This two-part skill-building series is designed for anyone leading, or thinking of leading, well-being programs, regardless of background or mental health training.

This training will enable educators to create brave, respectful and inclusive learning environments sensitive to participants’ emotional needs. The first session will cover best practices in pre- and post-program planning and design. The second will cover practical skills for effective facilitation, and offer ways to integrate Jewish values around mental health, tips for effective warm-ups, and suggestions to manage heightened emotions or recognize additional needs. Anyone who registers will receive a toolkit to help guide your future programming.

Reach out to Beth Lipschutz with any questions.
