The Hope Study findings raised big questions—some surprising, others all too familiar. We discovered that internal communal division is the greatest obstacle to sustaining hope—ahead of antisemitism. And we learned that while external threats might be affecting us personally, they are not affecting us as much in the workplace.
As educators, it is incumbent upon us to help cultivate hope in our learners and we do that in multiple ways, even in difficult times.
