Get active virtually this winter with martial arts. Focus Martial Arts uses an internationally recognized program to teach basic life skills, including focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness, coordination, manners, respect and confidence. The lesson for each skill incorporates drills, a one-minute “mat chat” about the skill where it’s defined and explained and fun games. Our teaching philosophy is to work from the positive.

Uniforms, which are optional, are available for purchase from Focus Martial Arts at a 15% discount using coupon code JCC. The uniform includes pants, a T-shirt, jacket and belt. We have noticed that when kids participate in uniform it gets them in the proper mindset for class. If you choose to purchase a uniform, Focus Martial Arts will drop it off at your house with appropriate social distancing.
