Explore the 28-movement short form from China’s famed Wudang Mountain in this introductory session-based class to increase strength, balance, stability and vitality. Receive instruction on basic tai chi techniques, proper breathing, weight shifting, rooting and more as you work on the individual movements found in the form, exuding grace and power.
