NeshamArts® presents a Workshop:

Judaic SoulCollage® for Rosh Hashanah: Etching Intentions on Your Soul

“vivid mental images. . .enlist the power of imagination to etch chosen messages directly to the soul. [They] leave a trace that influences one’s inner qualities, emotions, perceptions, judgment, and behavior. “–Alan Morinis, Everyday Holiness
Sunday, September 21, 2014, 1- 5 pm
Temple Emunah, 9 Piper Road, Lexington, MA

Prepare for Rosh Hashanah in this hands-on workshop using the intuitive process of SoulCollage®, modified to reflect Judaic principles. This process involves visualization, creating small collages, journaling, and chevruatah/partner conversations. Through this process you will develop a spiritual action plan for the New Year, or further your Soul Curriculum, if you have one. You will also learn how to use your Collages as Soul Signals® Simanei Neshama— to help you adhere to your plan for the New Year and beyond.

The SoulCollage® process is simple and fun!
No art experience or skills are necessary.

If you have attended Rabbi David Jaffe’s Teshuva workshop, which is not a pre-requisite, this event will help deepen and consolidate the learning from that context.

Please bring:
A journal and pencil/pen
A few magazines with strong images to donate to cut up (Smithsonian, National Geo., Judaic, health…)
A pair of small sharp scissors
An Exacto knife and cutting mat if you have either
Your curiosity and timely arrival

Cost: $40-$80*
*10% of fees collected will be donated to Sharsheret®
a national non-profit dedicated to serving the unique concerns of the Jewish community dealing with Breast Cancer.
