L’Chaim- Cantor Gaston Bogomolni Performing

            The L’Chaim Group of Temple Emanuel presents Cantor Gaston Bogomolni of Temple Aliyah, Needham,  entertaining our seniors at our upcoming Purim celebration, where he will play  his guitar, tell a Purim shpiel, and sing  Jewish and  Yiddish tunes on Tuesday, March 11th, at 1pm, at Temple Emanuel, 385 Ward St, Newton, MA

    Cantor Gaston is a native of Buenos Aires and has been an ambassador of Jewish music for most of his life. A versatile, soulful, and energetic artist, Cantor Gaston sings in various languages. His Ashkenazi and Sephardic background and training allow him to create a unique soulful experience. As a teenager, Cantor Gaston was sent out from Buenos Aires to outlying communities in Argentina to lead Shabbat and holiday services. At age 18, he served as the only clergy member to the Jewish community in the Dominican Republic. Before coming to the US, Cantor Gaston spent two years as Hazzan  in Barcelona , Spain. Cantor Gaston Bogomolni has degrees in music which include Voice Performance (Magna @#$% Laude) from the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
