Meet Officers from the CJP IDF Hatikvah Mission

April 18, 2015

CJP’s Boston-Haifa Connection invites you to meet an inspiring group of young active duty IDF officers who will be in Boston to share their experiences as officers in the Israel Defense Forces. On Saturday, April 18, during Shabbat services, these dedicated young adults will share their personal stories. In this year’s delegation, we are pleased to have with us a Druze pilot, an Ethiopian officer and a “Lone Soldier” from Newton who is a graduate of Maimonides, and who serves in the IDF while without his family being in Israel. Each of them played a role in last summer’s Operation Protective Edge. After the services, they will join us for Kiddush and a discussion in the Chapel from 12:30 to 1:30.

Event Location: Congregation Kehillath Israel
384 Harvard, Brookline, Massachusetts, 02446
