Join us for an afternoon of poetry with award-winning spoken word poet Rachel Kann. Her latest poetry collection is “How to Bless the New Moon: The Priestess Path Cycle and Other Poems for Queens” from Ben Yehuda Press. Her poetry collections include “A Prayer on Behalf of the Broken Heart” and “10 for Everything.”

The master of ceremonies for the reading will be the renowned professor Lawrence Lowenthal. Rachel’s reading will be followed by an open mic. Please bring one short poem on a Jewish theme.

CJP is a sponsor of the event, now in its 11th year.
