Join the NOW Cooking Circle, Ganei Beantown, and the Riverway Project for a pre-Passover lesson in all things gefilte fish with Kitchensurfing Chef Geoffrey Lukas of Sofra Bakery – from fish butchering, to unique gefilte fish variations, to fresh or homemade “chrain” (Yiddish for horseradish). We’ll nosh and get a little hands-on in the process – and you’ll head home with recipes!
