 “A Diet for the Soul; The Spiritual Side of Kosher”

Layah Lipsker, dynamic educator, writer and lecturer of Jewish mysticism and biblical text, will explore the spiritual side of nutrition and kosher.

“Nutrition De-Mystified”

Danielle Benaroche Gottesman, nutritionist and whole health coach, will discuss how to fuel your family properly with natural energy that lasts all day, and maintain a healthy metabolism and immune system.
