Celebrate Purim, Italian style! Our celebration this year will include the usual—family Megillah reading, costume parade and prizes, goody bags for children and hamantaschen—but this year we are adding an Italian twist.
Dinner will be an Italian pasta meal. People will be dressed in Italian-style costumes. There will be Italian decor, a photo booth with scenes of Italy, Italian music and a dance performance by Brookline Folk Dancing.
The “entrance fee” is a box of dried pasta to be donated to a local food pantry. We will also be collecting money for the needy through Yad Chessed. Open to all. Join us and get in the holiday spirit!+ More... - Less...
