We are all looking forward to being together again in person. How do we approach our “next normal” in a way that feels comfortable and manageable?

Join Or Atid friends and Hadassah Margolis, LICSW, as we explore how to leverage our resiliency to manage uncertainty about the world “opening up” around us. This interactive workshop will provide tips and tricks for cultivating hope and handling anxiety.

Hadassah Margolis is a clinical social worker and lead therapist at McLean’s Spirituality and Mental Health Department, as well as a staff clinician at the Brandeis Counseling Center. She has led many workshops and programs for synagogues to help address issues of isolation and build community.

This program is being made available free to all participants thanks to a grant from The Ruderman Synagogue Inclusion Project.
