Join the Vilna Shul for a health discussion over coffee and croissants. Featuring Janette Hillis-Jaffe, this discussion aims to help people with chronic illnesses and pain, or anyone who wants to improve their health more generally, take charge of their healing. Without prescribing any particular healing approach, she uses her health coaching expertise, personal experience, and, when appropriate, wisdom to bring about lively and personally motivating discussions. Seniors Connect! is especially for seniors in the Boston area who are looking to connect with other seniors for creative activities and resource sharing. We gather at the Vilna Shul monthly for compelling discussions and events that are relevant to our needs and life experiences.
