Join us for a Shabbat-morning conscious-dance experience, from your living room! Guided by movement-meditation facilitator Joel Stanley and Rabbi David Curiel, we’ll take an embodied journey through the arc of the Shabbat-morning prayer service and the wisdom of the week’s Torah portion.

Our time will be light on words and heavy on movement, so dress comfortably. There are no set steps and no dance experience is required. All bodies are welcome! We’ll begin with 20-30 minutes of warm-up and intention-setting and end with a 10-minute closing circle, including a Torah teaching.

To receive online access info, please register. There is no charge for this event, but we are grateful for donations!
