Are you ready to experience Shabbat morning in a whole new way? Join us for the launch of ShabAM!, Asiyah’s latest Shabbat morning experiment, based on ecstatic dance and movement meditation practices.

Guided by Rabbi David and Joel Stanley, we’ll explore the Shabbat morning prayer journey through the wisdom of the weekly parsha and the wisdom of our bodies in order to connect with ourselves, each other, and Shabbat.

There are no set steps, and no dance experience required—it is impossible to get it wrong. All bodies are welcome. Our time will be light on words and heavy on movement, so come ready to sweat. We’ll close with an opportunity to seal in our experience with one-to-one sharing. Bring a vegetarian potluck dish to share.
