Are you feeling like you are leading your life the same way you did before you made all your High Holiday resolutions? Or are you starting to make changes and want to make sure they last?

Please join SVIVAH for a special (virtual) Sukkot HerTorah with Maya Bernstein as our very own “ushpizah” (Sukkot guest). Maya is a writer, musician, leadership coach and Torah teacher who believes in the power of individuals and groups to adapt and to creatively respond to challenges and opportunities they face in their work and lives. (If you want to get a sense of what an amazing human being Maya is, read her Yom Kippur reflection in Tablet magazine here.)

Did you make important resolutions over Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur but now find yourself reverting back to “the way things were”? Maya will guide us through a deep look at personal goal-setting and overcoming obstacles to change. Using the methodology “Immunity to Change” developed by Bob Kegan and Lisa Lahey, we will discover how to avoid common roadblocks and put into practice the changes we desire in our lives.

HerTorah welcomes women* 11+ and learners of all backgrounds. (*SVIVAH defines “Jewish woman” as anyone wishing to be included in a circle of Jewish women.)
