The programmatic year is winding down and we’re all feeling it. Based on feedback from colleagues throughout the year, we’ve heard that many of us are looking for ways to conquer our inboxes, create systems that keep us organized and help us make time for the work we love to do. So we’re (virtually) bringing in the expert!

Productivity and efficiency coach Diana Bloom will teach us how to eliminate inefficiency, effectively prioritize work, utilize electronic systems to support higher productivity and get and stay focused each day, despite the circumstances. In this course we will learn actionable processes and systems that can be implemented immediately to achieve higher productivity and efficiency in all areas of an organization and support a “totally accountable culture.” These sessions will provide skills that can sharpen delegation, enhance project management, strengthen communication and eliminate mistakes.

This interactive workshop series is open to all Jewish professionals and has a capacity of 25 participants with a commitment to attend the first three sessions (May 27, June 3 and June 10), as well as an optional final Q&A (June 17).

Contact Leah Finkelman or Brett Lubarsky with any questions. We look forward to connecting and learning together!

This program is powered by MWCollab, Greater Boston’s first Jewish communal workspace. MWCollab is a partnership between Temple Shir Tikva Wayland and Jewish Teen Initiative at CJP. From co-working to community-building, we’re taking a fresh approach to an old concept—bringing people together to collaborate, create and connect. Contact Rabbi Danny Burkeman or Brett Lubarsky to learn more.
