We invite you to join us for a new adult ed course that will explore a Jewish approach to prayer and reflection and how we can use this to channel our emotions, express our inner passions and gain serenity and control of our inner space and mind. In a world that is fast paced and flowing ever faster with information and movement, prayer remains a gift that enables us to connect to something that transcends all else, yet at the same time grants us the ability to be in control and live in the moment.

Jewish wisdom teaches profound techniques to give wings to our emotions and words to our yearnings, allowing us to make contact and communicate with something larger than ourselves and feel comfort and shelter within a reality that’s more whole, more intense, more real and more beautiful.

Join us for six Tuesdays starting May 14 for a meaningful journey of discovery and study. No background knowledge or Hebrew reading skills are required.
