In this plant-based cooking event, we will prepare a simple, delicious meal your entire family will enjoy. We’ll work with various flavor profiles and techniques and learn how to layer textures and tastes to create satisfying and pleasing vegetarian meals.
Ingredients will be provided for two servings and will be delivered to Swampscott, Marblehead, Lynn or Salem. (Email Sara Ewing for ingredients and pricing for other areas.)
On the menu: ginger and garlic soba noodles and tofu with broccoli florets, paired with tahini-dressed crunchy green salad.
