If you are making challah with us, you will need:
- 4 ¼ cups high-quality bread flour (alternatively, you can use all-purpose flour, but it doesn’t rise as much)
- Generous ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 ⅓ cups water
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons table salt
- Options for stuffing your challah, like chocolate, spinach/artichoke dip, cheese, Oreos, whatever you can think of!
