Who could ever imagine that the boxcar-riding Oklahoma folksinger Woody Guthrie would find inspiration from his progressive Yiddish poet mother-in-law, Aliza Greenblatt? Join Woody’s daughter, Nora Guthrie, as she shares photographs, writings and artwork that illuminate their personal and creative relationship.

Lorin Sklamberg, lead singer of the Grammy-award winning Klezmatics, will perform Yiddish and English songs with lyrics written by both Guthrie and Greenblatt.
