Grab your chef hats, aprons and laptops and join us for our first-ever virtual cooking class! This class will be taught by Ben Helfgot, the creator of StoveTop Co-Op, a program that allows people to virtually connect through the art of cooking, no matter where they are in the world. We thought this would be the perfect activity for our Yisod community in this time of social distancing and uncertainty to come together and create a delicious meal.

Since we are preparing this meal a week before Rosh Hashanah, we will be using symbolic ingredients of this High Holiday. We will be learning how to make:

  • Crispy salmon
  • Couscous with seven vegetables
  • Roasted Brussels sprouts with honey glaze

We will email registrants the list of ingredients a week before so you have enough time to purchase everything you’ll need. We look forward to learning and cooking together!
