Jewish communal professionals have faced many types of conflict since the Hamas massacre of Oct. 7 and subsequent outbreak of war. This new geopolitical reality has shifted discourse within our workplaces and requires different approaches to navigate difficult conversations.

Join us for “Zoom In with JPro: Conflict Management,” moderated by Gamal Palmer, founder and principal of Conscious Builders. This session will feature a panel conversation to explore how Jewish communal workplaces are handling interpersonal conflict while grappling with trauma, how professionals with different political beliefs can work together and how we can engage in challenging conversations.
