At Camps Pembroke, Tel Noar and Tevya—the three Cohen Camps (cohencamps.org/choose)—your child or teen age 7-16 will love the magic of a Jewish camp summer: deep friendships; water, field and court sports; arts, dance and theater; spirited Shabbats; special traditions and so much FUN! Paddle board, play soccer, do yoga, try archery, sing in a musical or at a bonfire with caring counselors as mentors and role models.
New England’s premier, non-denominational Jewish camps since 1935, our camps nurture skills, confidence, community and lifelong values. Parents say their children “feel strong,” like they “belong to something,” and “come home more confident, with lifelong friends, growing ‘Jewishly,’ and proud of who they are.” One says, “Our child was the happiest he’s been all year.”
Like our campers, each Cohen Camp shines with its own personality: Choose warm, close-knit, co-ed Camp Tel Noar or its spirited, larger sibling, Camp Tevya, both in southern New Hampshire. Camp Pembroke, south of Boston near Cape Cod, offers beloved sisterhood just for girls. All are kosher, ACA accredited, and nestled by beautiful lakes about an hour from Boston.
Sessions run 3.5 or 7 weeks, with mini-session options for younger first-timers. All first-timers enjoy reduced tuition and up to $1,000 off (onehappycamper.org). Financial assistance and sibling discounts are available.
Families are invited to learn “s’more” at cohencamps.org/choose, where they may take virtual tours, connect with a camp director or RSVP for information sessions, tours and “Try Camp for a Day” summer events.
