We are proud to keep alive the tradition of making food the old-fashioned way. At Rosenfeld’s, we boil our bagels, hand-make every challah loaf in-house, and hand-mix all of our spreads. We do this because we know there is no substitute for taking the time to do things right. It’s also why we are kosher certified — because the care and attention it takes to do things the right way result in a better quality product for everyone.
