Hillel at Simmons is your center for Jewish life on campus. Simmons Hillel offers a variety of social, educational, cultural and religious programming throughout the year. Hillel is the proud recipient of the 2008 Organization of the Year award presented by the Office of Student Leadership and Activities. Hillel’s honor was featured on the National Hillel Website in May of 2008.
Anyone may participate in Hillel. Students are encouraged to explore their Jewish identity, whether they wish to participate in a community service project, express themselves artistically, participate in a social event, engage in informal Jewish learning or attend a holiday celebration. Hillel is committed to a pluralistic vision of Judaism that embraces all movements.
