BJEP (The Boston Jewish Educational Program) is an educational, enriching and fun alternative to traditional Jewish learning. We seek to foster a community of inclusion and connection for Boston-area families, and welcome those at all levels of Jewish identity and involvement, including interfaith families and those seeking to connect through a spiritual and cultural lens.

We offer an experiential-driven curriculum for kindergarten through seventh grade, taught exclusively by Brandeis University students. We meet approximately 22 Sunday mornings during the school year (9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.) with programming grounded in Jewish culture, values and identity.

Additionally, we offer a cohort-based b’nai mitzvah program that culminates with a group ceremony in May of each program year, overseen by our “Rabbi in Residence.”
