Announcing Yuvalim Learning Program in Jamaica Plain for children 4–9, beginning Sunday, October 25, from 2:30–4 p.m.
Yuvalim is a joyful Jewish learning program for children ages 4–9, designed to help young children build a meaningful and lasting connection to Jewish life.
There is a beloved Jewish tradition of giving children honey when they begin their Jewish learning, making the letters of the Alef Bet literally sweet. At Yuvalim, we take that idea to heart: Jewish learning at this stage is about creating sweet memories—experiences that stay with children and give new learning something to stick to.
At Yuvalim, children explore Hebrew letters and sounds through Jewish holidays and Torah stories. They begin to build a foundation of the Hebrew words and melodies they will encounter again and again in worship and study. Through hands-on projects, movement, songs, stories, and play, we create joyful opportunities for children of different ages and stages to learn together.
Our goal is simple: to make Jewish learning joyful, meaningful, and sweet—and to help those first experiences stick.
We look forward to learning, singing, playing, and creating sweet Jewish memories together!
We’d love to have your child join us! REGISTER TODAY and give your child a joyful introduction to Jewish life and learning.
