Epstein Hillel School in Marblehead is excited to welcome Mindee Greenberg as the director of enrollment and marketing. Greenberg comes to Hillel following 11 summers serving as the program director and then director at Camp Tevya, one of the three Eli and Bessie Cohen Camps. She is thrilled to be joining the team and to continue her association with the Cohen family and their commitment to Jewish children.

In this newly created role, Greenberg will serve as an ambassador of the school to prospective parents and students in the community with the goal of growing the school’s enrollment and brand recognition. She will also focus on retention, marketing and community relations to connect more families and organizations to Epstein Hillel. Greenberg will be a member of the school’s leadership team.

Greenberg holds several degrees, including an MSW from Washington University and an EdM in early childhood special education from Boston University. Her work as a developmental therapist, kindergarten teacher and JCC community program specialist all led to her role as director of Camp Tevya, where she not only steadily increased enrollment to capacity but also created an environment that yielded an impressive 94% retention rate. She credits this success to the focus on teamwork, a culture of growth mindset for campers and staff alike and a commitment to embrace feedback and challenge herself and her colleagues to be the very best versions of themselves.

Citing head of school Amy Gold’s positive energy and her strong leadership, Greenberg was taken by how deeply aligned they were with a common goal of connecting the Jewish community.

Greenberg lives with her husband, Michael, in Nashua, N.H., and together they have six children and a grandson. In her spare time, Greenberg enjoys spending time with her family, running and volunteering. She is looking forward to making new connections within the North Shore community.
