The High Holiday season is a time to reflect on the past year and look forward to the year ahead. It’s a time for introspection and a chance to recommit ourselves to the lives we aspire to live and the community we aspire to create.
Over this past year, there have been many moments of sweetness and joy and many challenges as well — at home, in Israel, and around the world. I feel tremendous gratitude for all we have accomplished and for the ways that every one of you has contributed to creating a vibrant, joyful, and caring community.
As we look ahead to 5784, we still have a lot of work to do — and we cannot do it without your generosity and support. Together, we will keep our community strong, inspire our next generation, and continue to build a more just, compassionate, and equitable world. I’m so grateful to be doing this sacred work with all of you.
Shabbat Shalom and L’Shanah Tovah u’Metukah (A Happy and Sweet New Year)!
