Friend 2 Friend (F2F) provides adults with mild to moderate disabilities the opportunity to make new friends, socialize, stay active, and be connected to the community. F2F pairs a participant, an adult with mild to moderate disabilities, with a volunteer Friend.
Friends plan their own schedules and meet two hours, once a month, at a mutually convenient time and place. Friends may enjoy going out for coffee, a meal, or sharing in mutual interests and activities. Clinical match support provided.
Duration is one year, once a month.
