The Jewish Learning Collaborative of Metrowest (JLCMW) is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. We welcome all Jewish learners, regardless of denomination or affiliation, to join our pre-K through grade 7 Hebrew school.
Located in Wayland, the JLCMW draws students from 13 local towns—unaffiliated families alongside members of congregations across the MetroWest region, including founding partner synagogues Congregation Or Atid of Wayland, B’nai Torah MetroWest of Wayland, and Temple Beth Sholom of Framingham.
“We are proud to be a pluralistic school that welcomes any child and family curious about and wanting to explore their Judaism,” says Orna Sonnenschein, the school’s director and longtime Jewish educator. “We are committed to the well-being of children and their parents and to fostering a loving, nurturing, and safe learning environment for everyone under our metaphorical tent—devoting intentional time to building relationships among students, teachers, parents, and the broader community.”
Through hands-on, experiential learning, students explore a wide range of Jewish ideas and practices through our core curricular pillars: Community; Spirituality; Jewish Tradition, Practice & Prayer; Text Study & Jewish Values; Hebrew; and The Jewish People.
Our dedicated team of teachers brings expertise, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to making Jewish learning engaging, meaningful, and fun.
