As we continue to navigate our changing world, it is critically important that mental health and wellness be a central part of the conversation of how we can support and build resiliency for ourselves and each other. Jewish Teen Initiative at CJP has teamed up with local partners, the Jewish Teen Education and Engagement Funder Collaborative and organizations across the country for Mental Health Awareness Month.
There is a wide menu of opportunities for teens, parents and Jewish professionals to connect—with yourself and each other—and to remember that you are not alone. We’ve highlighted just a few of the opportunities and resources for teens below, with additional content being added throughout the month on JewishBostonTeens.com. Also, check out the JTI Instagram for highlights, takeovers and more.
