This fall, we’re launching a new cohort focused on Jewish service and leadership, right here in Boston. It’s open to people who have served with us before and to anyone new who is ready to go deeper. Corps members explore what it actually takes to lead through service, grounded in Jewish text and values, alongside real placements with our partner organizations across the city.
You’ll meet pressing needs in our community by serving about two times per week at a service partner that we match you to. Corps members have served with St. Francis House, Women’s Lunch Place, Fresh Truck, Cambridge Women’s Center, On the Rise, Yachad, and Groundwork Somerville, just to name a few!
The experience also emphasizes community building, and you’ll meet every other week to connect with each other and to do impactful and immersive Jewish learning, issue-area education, and group service.
Complete the cohort and you’ll receive a $1,000 stipend.
The cohort runs from Wednesday, Sept. 23, through Sunday, Dec. 13.
