Becoming a parent changes you. It upends your schedule, interests and priorities, and seriously infringes on increasingly scant sleep opportunities. Kids are unpredictable masters of manipulating their parents and seem to know instinctively how to push their buttons. The mitzvah of “honoring thy parents” is, admittedly, kind of a complex one to grasp at a young age. The result is that parents can get majorly stressed out and lose their sh*t sometimes.

But there’s hope! On this episode we’re joined by Carla Naumburg, Ph.D., a writer, speaker, clinical social worker, mom and author of the brilliant new book “How to Stop Losing Your Sh*t With Your Kids: A Practical Guide to Becoming a Calmer, Happier Parent.” Naumburg’s funny, authentic approach is the antidote to the stress of parenting—she’ll help you maintain your sanity and stop meltdowns before they start.

Please note: This episode contains some adult language. (No sh*t!)
