Join us for a live recording of Circle Round, WBUR’s new storytelling podcast for kids and the young at heart! Created and produced by parents of young children, Circle Round tells folktales from around the world with an eye toward inclusivity, featuring notable voices from the stage and screen.

Take part in the live podcast recording, hear great stories, dance along to live music, and learn the secrets behind radio sound effects in this celebration of traditional storytelling. An event for the entire family to enjoy!

Stories will include:
Onions and Garlic: Derived from Jewish lore, this traditional tale serves up a pungent lesson in greed and humility.

The Princess in the Mirror: A special adaptation of this tale that hails from Israel.

For ages 3 to 103. Free for kids 5 years old and younger.

Co-presented with Jewish Arts Collaborative. Sponsored by Boston’s Jewish Community Day School.
